Gail Lawrence had been my friend since kindergarten at James Caldwell. We were in the Band Front and Girl Scouts and remainded friends until her death from a stuggle with breast cancer. She died on July 19, 1999. Her life was dedicated to her patients as she was a hard working Nurse dedicated to the care of her critically ill patients; those with cardiac conditions.
I am shocked to hear of gail passing away. She was always a fun a bubbly person. I took one of my children to the emergency room one night, and she was the nurse that came out to call us in for treatment. It was great to see her after many years. In 1990, my mother was in the hospital very ill, and I found that my mom was her patient. I never forgot the tender care that she gave to her. Gail...you will be sorely missed.
