Bryan and I chatted many times, and found, that for the past 6 years, we lived about 45 minutes from each other. When we were growing up in Springfield, I remember meeting Bryan for the first time, almost over a railing. At the time, I/we were in Junior High. In high school, Bryan and I used to share some interesting thoughts, especially about religion.
After we reconnected (about a year after I had moved to South Carolina), we realized that religion didn't hold the same attraction for us to discuss, and politics, the general state of the world, and photography, and music were more to our liking.
I'll miss Bryan terribly and it's been difficult for Katie and his friends to watch him trying to fight to live. And, now, he is at peace. RIP Bryan. You are missed.
